All requests received will be responded to within 72 working hours. Please do not complete a further request to chase up the original request, you will receive a response in the 72-hour time frame. Any excessive or inappropriate use of the Patchs online consultation service will not be tolerated.

You and your general practice (YYGP) has been developed to help patients understand what to expect from their general practice and how they can get the best from their GP team. YYGP also enables patients to provide feedback or raise concerns with their GP Practice, Healthwatch or the integrated care board (ICB). YYGP is also available in different languages on the NHS England website.
The Independent Complaints and Advocacy Service commissioned by Local Authorities will support Patients further understanding of the complaints processes and options available to them - to help ensure they are fully informed and supported. Appointment Cancellations
Due to a consistently high amount of GP appointments wasted from patients who did not attend. From 1st March we will be implementing a new policy to try to reduce this number which will increase the amount of appointments we have available for patients.
2 pre-booked appointments which were not attended or cancelled will result in an informal warning letter. A third DNA will necessitate removal from the practice list. Warning letters are valid for a period of 12 months. Thank you for your co-operation.
